活動條款及注意事項

• 參加者必須同意遵守及接受參加者須知及其細則。
• 成功登記的參加者將定期收到綠色和平的最新資訊。
• 活動名額有限，先到先得。
• 參加者需按報名時間出席, 大會可不接納遲到者的報到, 但仍可在現場重新輪候。
• 登記人於活動當日的同行人數如多於網上報名人數，未報名人士需要按照公眾即場報名方式輪候。
• 年滿12歲或以上之參加者可自行登記；12歲以下之參加者須由其父母或監護人代為登記, 及需由其父母或監護人陪同出席。
• 船上樓梯陡斜，如登記人或同行親友為行動不便人仕，請儘早與大會聯繫，以評估登船參觀的安排。
• 大會保留是次活動之最終決定權，任何有關活動的臨時改動或消息，將以大會網站或社交媒體上的公佈為準。
• 參加者授權予活動主辦機構在無須通知任何人士或獲得任何人士的同意下, 可永久地使用活動當天所拍攝的照片及影片作籌辦此活動和相關宣傳或推廣之用 (包括但不限於任何媒體類別), 及作相關機構∕人士的 (非與此活動相關的) 其他宣傳或推廣之用。該授權將為無酬及無條件提供。
• 所有參加者必須詳閱個人資料(私隱)政策中的聲明，所有個人資料絕對保密。
• 倘若此條款及細則的英文版與中文版有任何衝突，其解讀將以中文版為準。
• 特別天氣安排及須知：如活動開始前兩小時，三號或以上颱風信號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號生效，當日活動將會取消；大會將會另行通告活動安排，並於官方網站及社交媒體公佈。
• 如有任何爭議，綠色和平保留最終決定權。

Terms and conditions and event reminders

• Participants have to follow and accept the Notes for Participants and all terms and conditions of the events.
• Successfully registered applicants agree to receive regular updates and communications from Greenpeace.
• Quota allocation is on first come first served basis.
• Participants are required to check-in at the event location according to the selected time slot. The Organiser does not accept any late check-in. Late comers will be required to queue on site.
• If there are more companions of the applicant than specified through online registration, the unregistered companions are required to register and queue on site.
• Participants at the age of 12 or above can register on their own. Participants under the age of 12 are required to be registered under the name of their parents or guardians and be accompanied on event day.
• Stairs on board are steep and narrow. For safety reason, if applicants or relatives and friends are with disabilities, please inform the Organiser as soon as possible to assess boarding arrangement.
• The Organiser reserves the rights of any final decisions. The announcement from Greenpeace official website or social media platforms for all updated information or arrangement shall prevail.
• Participant shall authorize the event organizer the right to use the photos taken and videos recorded on event day for event promotion (including but not limited to any media categories) and other promotions for related institutions (other than this event),without payment, royalties and other condition.
• All Participants shall read and complete the Personal Information (Privacy) Statement. All personal information will be kept confidential.
• The Chinese version of all terms and conditions of the event shall prevail.
• Special Weather and emergency arrangements and notices: if typhoon signal no. 3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm signal is hoisted 2 hours before the event starts, the event will be cancelled. Announcement will be broadcasted on the official website and social media.
• In case of any dispute, the Greenpeace’s decision shall be final and conclusion.
